By downloading, accessing, or using Itirafapp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms are deemed accepted upon first launch of the application and during account creation. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

Itirafapp is an anonymous entertainment and content-sharing platform that allows users to share confessions, comments, and interact with other users anonymously. The application is currently free of charge; however, paid features or services may be introduced in the future.

• The application is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
• Users who provide false age or identity information may have their accounts terminated and their content removed without notice.
• Users confirm that use of the application is lawful in their country of residence.

Users agree not to upload, share, or engage in content or behavior that includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Obscene or sexually explicit content
• Encouragement or facilitation of criminal activity
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Disclosure of personal data of oneself or others
• Spam, automation, bots, or manipulation
• Any content or conduct that may expose the developer to legal, administrative, or criminal liability

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit.

By submitting content to Itirafapp, users acknowledge and agree that:

• All responsibility for the content lies with the user
• Users grant Itirafapp a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:
  • Host
  • Store
  • Display
  • Reproduce
  • Modify
  • Moderate
  • Remove
  • Share such content

This license includes the right to share user-generated content anonymously on Itirafapp's official social media accounts for promotional purposes, marketing, and community awareness. Content may be edited, shortened, or adapted for different formats. No username or identifying information will be displayed.

Content may be moderated using:

• Automated systems (AI-assisted moderation)
• Human moderators

The developer reserves the right to:

• Remove any content without explanation
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users

These actions may be taken without prior notice. AI moderation tools may apply filtering or censorship as part of community safety measures.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Users who violate these Terms, share unlawful or harmful content, or engage in harassment may have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently terminated following a review of reported complaints.

Itirafapp applies a zero-tolerance policy toward content that threatens user safety, violates the law, or disrupts the integrity of the platform.

Users may report inappropriate content using the 'Report' and 'Block' mechanisms within the Application. Submitted reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours at the latest.

The developer reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature
• Introduce paid services
• Temporarily or permanently suspend the application

No liability arises from such changes or termination.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties are made regarding:

• Accuracy of content
• Continuous or error-free operation
• Fitness for any particular purpose

User interactions and content consumption are at the user's own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The developer shall not be liable for user-generated content
• The developer is not responsible for interactions between users
• No liability is accepted for emotional, psychological, or indirect damages

• Users may delete their accounts at any time
• The developer may terminate or restrict accounts in case of violations

All intellectual property rights related to:

• The application
• Name
• Logo
• Design
• Infrastructure

are the exclusive property of the developer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Turkish Law. Jurisdiction shall be determined according to general legal provisions.

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication within the application.

This agreement is concluded solely between Itirafapp and the user. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and bears no responsibility for the application or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.

In the event of any failure of the application to conform to applicable warranty, the user may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) paid for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple shall have no other warranty obligations whatsoever.

The user acknowledges and agrees that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and that, upon acceptance of these Terms, Apple shall have the right (and shall be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against the user as a third-party beneficiary.
